The Animal Hospital of Carrboro has served the greater Chapel Hill and Carrboro community since 1975 as a small animal, full-service hospital. In addition to routine care for cats and dogs, the Hospital offers a variety of special services , such as intensive care, dental prophylaxis, and surgery. The Animal Hospital holds the highest accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association, and we consistently have achieved that rating. All AAHA member hospitals voluntarily meet or exceed the Association's standards for facilities, equipment, and procedures. The Association routinely evaluates member hospitals for those standards.
